YOGA
For me Yoga is a blessing and makes me happy. Sometimes it helps me burn off energy and sometimes it helps me calm my mind. Yoga shows me my boundaries but also lets me grow.
Yoga helped me be more aware, caring and calm. Every time when I am on my Yoga mat I discover new places within me, I never knew existed.
"You can't describe the value of yoga, you have to experience it" (BKS Iyengar). I want to share this fascination , that's why I decided to do the 200h Yoga Certification.

Already as a teenager the kitchen was one of my favorite places. Not only because there was always food (at least most of the time haha) and it had a very comfortable bench, but because cooking and baking was like meditation for me. I could completely unwind when trying new recipes . Instead of tabloids I bought cooking magazines and instead of going out for dinner, I invited family & friends so that I could cook for them. The more I cooked and baked, the more I experimented with different ingredients and tried new recipes, which I would like to share.

Not only because there was always something to eat (at least most of the time haha) and there was a very comfortable bench in it, but because cooking and baking is like meditation for me. I can completely switch off when trying new recipes. Instead of gossip magazines, I buy cooking magazines, and instead of going to dinner, I've invited family and friends to cook for them. The more I cooked and baked, the more I experimented with different ingredients and tried new recipes that I would like to share.

WANDERLUST
A couple of years ago, I felt a little bit lost in life. No goals, no inspiration, nothing to be proud of. At some point I asked myself if that was it ... but, ...
As the famous Meister Ecker once said ".. and suddenly you know its time to start something new and trust the magic of beginnings" - So I applied at the University of Queensland in Australia, packed my suitcase and bought an one-way ticket to Brisbane.
I have always had great trips and loved traveling , but since my year in Australia I really got addicted to it. I realized that traveling is not just a way to see different places, it is also not just an excuse to relax and take time off. Traveling is so much more. It is a gateway towards meeting many different people from whom you can learn a lot. It allows you to interact various cultures and ways of life and, best of all ,: YOU grow . It expands your mind and horizon.
My year in Australia made me the person I am today. I would not be the same without all these amazing experiences , without the wonderful people I met and the indispensable support and love of my family & friends.
