Peanut butter Chocolate Brownie with caramelised nuts


  • 80 g unsalted peanuts

  • 2 tbsp icing sugar

  • 250 g of cooking chocolate

  • 220 g butter

  • 220 g sugar

  • 4 eggs

  • 150 g flour

  • 40 g cocoa powder

  • 3 tbsp peanut butter

Preparation: Preheat the oven to around 180 ° C. Spread the peanuts on the baking sheet, sprinkle with icing sugar and let caramelize in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Then take it out of the oven and let it cool down. Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave or on the stove. Meanwhile, beat the sugar and eggs until frothy. Now add the chocolate mixture and stir. Slowly fold the cocoa and flour into the dough. Also fold in the peanut butter and caramelized peanuts and work everything into a smooth dough. Pour the dough into the greased baking dish and smooth it out. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes. The middle of the brownie should still be a bit mushy and not completely baked - yumm :)
